Journey For Napitta Sora Trail:

At first you have to reach Mirshorai of Chittagong.After breakfast, you should hire a guide and start for Napitta Sora Trail. When you will reach there the cold water of the sora will drive your tiresome away. You should walk carefully because the way is covered with different sized stones and is not plain.If you are not careful you may get hurt.The more you will go forward the more you will be surprised watching the natural beauty of surrounding. After walking sometime you will get Napikatakum waterfall. The beauty of Napikatakum will charm you a lot.You may think is it really Bangladesh, so beautiful.After Napikatakum,you have to walk for some time and then you will get another waterfall named small Napikatakum. Then if you climb up the mountain you will see the beauty of village.Small houses of village add more beauty of green mountain. Again start walking.
After walking some time you will get another gigantic waterfall named 'Baghbianee'. The beauty of
'Baghbianee' will fascinate you.After watching the beauty of 'Baghbianee' you will have to walk again for some time and then you will get another waterfall named 'Bandorkum'. I can assure you the natural beauty of these waterfalls and mountain will make you speechless with a great surprise. You will never know what a beautiful country Bangladesh is, if you don't visit here.

Preparations:

You should keep necessary medicines to protect yourselves from Maleria. You should also keep cream, salt for taming leech etc.


How to go:

You have to go Mirshorai by bus from Dhaka. Then with the help of a local guide, you can reach
Napitta Sora Trail by CNG Auto Rickshaw or walking.

Tourist Spot - Thanda Sora

There are walls both side,a fountain is flowing between the two walls. The name of the area is 'Thanda Sora'.There is no need to mention the importance of nomenclature of this area. If you visit once this place, you will understand automatically. Thanda Sora is situated in Khagrasori. The way inside the sora is about 600 yard. You have to go through the sora following the piles of black stones. This journey is not that comfortable. Those who love adventure, They should come. The way of coming this place is very beautiful.On the way you can see the natural beauty of Khagrasori. Small green hills, flowing fountains, wild flowers, chirping of different birds- all these things will charm you a lot. This place is not still known as a tourist spot.


How to go Thanda Sora: You can reach Khagrasori by bus which starts from different places of Dhaka such as Kolabagan, Fakirapool, Gabtoli, Kamlapur.After reaching Khagrasori you have to get down from bus at 'Shapla Chattar'. Then you have to go 'Dharmaghar' area by CNG. Then you have to cross about 3 km hilly path.From here you will reach Thanda Sora by walking.

Besides you can reach Khagrasori from 'Oxygen' area of Chittagong. There are well arrangements of boarding in Khagrasori.

Egg Halua ( One Kind of Sweet-meat)

Ingredients:
1. Egg : 4
2. Sugar : 1 Cup
3. Thick Milk : 1 Cup
4. Ghee : 1/2 Cup
5. Cardamom (Elachi in Bangla) : Slight
6. Cinnamon (Daruchini in Bangla) : Slight
7. Pistachio (Pesta Badam in Bangla) : For serving
8. Raisin ( Kismis in Bangla) : For serving

Procedure :

At first you have to beat egg. Add sugar, thick milk, ghee with egg and beat the mixture properly. Then pour out the mixture in a pot and ignite the cooker. Then add Cardamom and Cinnamon with the mixture. The heat of the cooker should be mild.Stir the mixture frequently.You have to notice that the mixture should not get stuck with the pot. After sometime, the mixture will get congealed. When the water will be dried up bring down the pot . Spread the Pistachio and Raisin over the Halua and serv it.

Pan Cake

Ingredients:

1. Flour : 1 & 1/4 Cup
2. Baking Powder : 2 Tea Spoon
3. Salt : 3/4 Tea Spoon
4. Egg : 1
5. Milk (Luke Warm) : 3/4 Cup
6. Sugar : As Required
7. Oil : 3 Table Spoon for making batter

Procedure :

At First you will have to beat the egg. Add oil with it.Then make batter mixing egg,oil,milk,sugar,flour, salt and baking powder.Beat the mixture properly.After making batter
give slight oil on the pan . when the oil is hot give one big and spoonful batter on the pan. Then cover the pan with a lid . The heat should be medium. After some time the batter will take a form of round pan cake and it will be baked and swollen up. Repeat the same process for baking each pan cake.
