Rice Fritters


Ingredients:

1. Boiled Rice : 2 Cup
2. Egg : 1
3. Mince-Chicken: 1/2 Cup
4. Chopped Green Chilly : 2
5. Chopped Onion : 2 Table Spoon
6. Chopped Peanuts : 1 Tea Spoon
7. Tasting like Spice Powder (Gorom Mashlar Gura): Slight
8 Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 Tea Spoon
9. Salt : As Required
10. Spearmint (Pudina Pata) : 4 or 5
11 Oil : As required

Procedure :

Make a Mixture of all ingredients except oil. Make some balls from the mixture. Fry the balls till it gets brown color.Serve when the balls are hot and add sauce with it. Believe me the taste will be double.
